Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions of Accounts HQ,
RWA HQ, and tradeHQ published by [BUSINESS
NAME]. The Software offers a free tier and / or a demo
allowance so you can evaluate it before paying.
7-day refund window. If you find the paid Software is not
right for you, request a refund within 7 calendar days of
payment and we will refund the full amount, less any payment
gateway fee that has been deducted by Razorpay and is not
recoverable.
1. When you are eligible for a refund
- The refund request is received at
info@ai-consultants.in
within 7 calendar days of the date of payment.
- The licence has not been used to process a material volume of
transactions, members, or trades. We consider "material" to be
more than 100 vouchers / members / trades posted since the
licence was activated.
- The reason for the refund is genuine — for example, the
Software does not work as described, a feature you needed is
missing, or you mistakenly bought the wrong product or plan.
2. When refunds are not available
- After the 7-day window has passed.
- Where the licence has been used to post a material volume of
records (as defined above) — the Software has clearly served
its purpose.
- For partial-period refunds inside a paid annual term other
than the 7-day window — annual subscriptions are
non-refundable beyond Day 7.
- Where the licence has been transferred, shared, or used in
violation of our Terms of Service.
- Add-on credits and wallet top-ups (for example, AI credits or
SMS credits) that have been consumed.
3. How to request a refund
- Email info@ai-consultants.in
with the subject line "Refund request".
- Include the licence key, the email address used at checkout,
and the reason for the refund. A short description of what
didn't work for you helps us improve.
- We will acknowledge within 2 business days and confirm
eligibility within 5 business days.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via
Razorpay. The refund typically appears in your account within
5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Where the original payment method is unavailable (closed account,
expired card), we will arrange a refund to a substitute method you
nominate.
On approval of a refund, your licence key is deactivated and you
must uninstall the Software.
5. Cancelling a future renewal
Renewals are not automatic — see Clause 2 of our
Terms of Service. To stop receiving
renewal reminders, reply to the renewal email or contact us and we
will remove you from renewal communications.
6. Disputes
If you believe a refund request has been declined unfairly, you
may escalate by emailing
info@ai-consultants.in
with the subject "Refund dispute". Unresolved disputes are subject
to the jurisdiction specified in our
Terms of Service.
