Delivery Policy

Accounts HQ, RWA HQ, and tradeHQ are digital
products. There is no physical shipment.
1. What you receive after payment
- An email receipt with the tax invoice for your purchase.
- An email containing your licence key, sent to the email
address you provided at checkout.
- A download link for the Windows installer (or
instructions if you already have the Software installed and
only need to activate it).
2. Delivery time
Both emails are sent automatically within a few minutes of
successful payment, in most cases within 5 minutes. Bank
delays, payment gateway processing, or your email provider's spam
filter may occasionally push this out to a few hours.
3. Didn't receive the licence?
If 30 minutes have passed since payment and you do not see the email:
- Check your spam / promotions folder for messages from
info@ai-consultants.in.
- Verify that the email address you entered at checkout is
spelled correctly — Razorpay shows it on the receipt.
- Email info@ai-consultants.in
with your Razorpay payment id and the email you used. We will
re-issue the licence email within 1 business day.
4. Geographic coverage
Licences are delivered electronically and are not restricted by
geography. The Software is currently priced and supported for
India; check the Pricing page for
country availability.
